At Treen Foods, we endeavor to provide you with premium food ingredients and superior service. We have implemented the following Shipping and Returns policy to assure a seamless purchasing experience:

Shipping:

We process and ship orders within Two(2) business days (excluding weekends and holidays), excluding weekends and holidays. During prime seasons or during promotional periods, order processing times may vary.

 

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your requirements. During the purchasing procedure, the available options will be displayed, and you can choose the one that best suits you.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Before completing your purchase, the precise shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Time: Delivery dates vary based on the transportation method and destination chosen. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can trace its delivery.

We presently offer international shipping to a select number of countries. However, please note that the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees. Before placing an international order, please examine your country’s customs regulations.

Returns:

Eligibility: Food ingredients may be returned within Three(3) days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are perishable or personalized cannot be returned.

Contact our customer support team within the specified return period if you desire to return a product. They will provide you with the essential instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs. We advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item’s safe return.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for purchase. It may take several business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.

Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item.Depending on your preference, we will kindly replace the item or issue a full refund.
